About Me
Hello, I am Prita! I welcome you to Aerial Uplift and the story behind the transformative journey that brought me to the world of holistic well-being. I have 19+ years of experience in marketing, sales, market research, training, and public speaking in the corporate world. I have worked as a manager, trainer, and speaker in the education, construction, and consulting industries. My journey into holistic well-being began in 2014 when a health challenge sparked a transformative shift in my lifestyle. Embracing raw food and clean eating, I developed a deep passion for holistic wellness. This curiosity led me to explore hypnotherapy, earning my certification as a Certified Hypnotist (CH) with The Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH) in 2018. From there, my path expanded into aerial arts, yoga, Reiki and energy healing, and meditation—ultimately leading me to become a certified Happiness & Mindfulness Coach.
FLYING BEYOND LIMITS: AERIAL ARTS ADVENTURE
In my quest for physical well-being, I encountered the enchanting world of Aerial Arts. What began as a fascination with Aerial Silk and Aerial Hammocks evolved into a profound exploration of movement and strength. I pursued several teacher training programs overseas, including certification as an Aerial Hammock teacher with XPERT Fitness, one of the world's leading providers of Pole & Aerial training. This passion led me to teach Aerial Hammock classes, sharing the joy of defying gravity and embracing the freedom of movement with my students.
As a result of my passion, I began teaching Aerial Hammock classes, allowing me to share my knowledge, the thrill, and joy of defying gravity, and embracing the freedom of movement, beauty, and strength with my students.
Then I discovered Aerial Yoga, an innovative fusion of Aerial Arts and Yoga that deepened my connection to yoga, leading me to become a certified 250-hour aerial yoga teacher.
Aerial Yoga is a transformative practice that blends traditional yoga poses with the use of a hammock suspended from the ceiling. This fusion allows practitioners to explore and deepen yoga postures with the added support and challenge of the aerial apparatus, promoting flexibility, strength, and a unique sense of weightlessness.
In the realm of Aerial Yoga, practitioners experience a harmonious marriage of breath, movement, and the gentle sway of the hammock, creating a dynamic and meditative flow. This innovative approach not only enhances physical well-being but also invites a sense of playfulness and freedom into the traditional yoga practice, making it a truly uplifting experience for body and mind.
YOGA - FROM ASANAS TO INNER BLISS
My journey in life led me to Yoga. Initially, it was a way to cope with emotional pain and improve physical well-being. However, as I delved deeper into the practice, it evolved into a profound teacher. It imparted ancient wisdom about the unity of mind, body, and soul, and revealed that true happiness lies within oneself.
Through the gentle rhythm of breath and movement, I learned the art of mindfulness, which is the ability to be fully present in each moment. Yoga became a powerful mirror, exhibiting the beauty of simplicity, the strength in vulnerability, and the boundless joy inherent in our authentic selves.
Throughout my personal yoga journey, I experienced a range of challenges and successes. As I progressed, I started sharing my knowledge by teaching Aerial Yoga, which was my first love; and eventually branched out to other styles of yoga such as Swing Yoga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Since 2018, I have been teaching Yoga and meditation in different settings, including private, studio, and corporate settings both in Jakarta and online.
Embracing Yin Yoga
As my practice deepened, I found myself drawn to Yin Yoga, a gentle and introspective style that emphasizes stillness and inner awareness. Yin Yoga became a sanctuary, teaching me the art of mindfulness and the beauty of embracing each moment with grace. It guided me inward, allowing me to cultivate deep awareness, patience, and acceptance. I now incorporate Yin Yoga into my teachings, helping others find calm, release tension, and restore balance in their lives.
During my teaching experience, I witnessed a beautiful transformation in my students. Their journeys, struggles, and triumphs mirrored my own. This made me realize that the ultimate goal of life is happiness - a truth that has stood the test of time.
THE PATH TO REIKI MASTERY & ENERGY HEALING
In the next phase of my life journey, I faced several challenging situations in both my professional and personal life. Fortunately, I discovered Reiki—an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that facilitates stress reduction, relaxation, and deep healing.
Reiki played a profound role in my wellbeing, helped me heal from my mental wounds and trauma, break patterns in my life that were no longer serving me, and cultivate inner peace.
Through this experience, I became more aware many people are struggling with physical, mental, or emotional problems, whether they are aware of them or not. Some are actively seeking help while others are still hesitant to open up about their problems.
Through this journey, I not only healed myself but discovered a very large Reiki benefit for holistic wellness and a realization that my journey was meant to be a guiding light for others that fuelled my commitment to becoming a Reiki Master under the Usui system with Karuna Holistic Wellness Center in Jakarta.
By becoming a Reiki Master, I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others by facilitating their healing journey - mind, body, and soul.
As a Reiki Master, I offer:

- Reiki Training & Attunements for those who want to learn Reiki
- Energy Healing & Chakra Balancing to support overall well-being
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing through gentle touch.
Reiki is a technique that works like acupuncture, targeting specific areas or chakras on the body to promote deep relaxation and reduce stress, while also helping in healing. The technique involves "laying on hands" and is based on the belief that an unseen "life force energy" flows through our bodies, keeping us alive. If our life force energy is low, we are more susceptible to illness and stress. On the other hand, if our life force energy is high, we are more likely to be healthy and happy.
Reiki can also help to access our subconscious mind to heal any unknown fears, anxiety, or trauma that we may have experienced since childhood. By bringing these issues to our conscious awareness, we can work to overcome them and heal.
By practicing Reiki, I am allowing the energy of the Universe to flow through me, acting as a channel to help people overcome emotional blockages and pain. Often, physical symptoms such as chronic pain are caused by suppressed emotions.
MEDITATION: THE POWER OF STILLNESS
Alongside yoga and Reiki, meditation has been an essential part of my journey. Meditation has taught me to be present, to listen deeply, and to cultivate inner peace. It is the foundation of all my practices, allowing me to guide others from a place of authenticity and deep understanding.

Coaching - The Integrative Path of Joy
I embarked on a journey into the realms of happiness and mindfulness coaching, motivated by a deep passion for holistic well-being and a desire to offer a comprehensive approach that addresses the multifaceted nature of well-being. This led me to pursue Happiness & Mindfulness Coach certification.
I have taken my expertise & experience to new heights by becoming a certified Happiness & Mindfulness Coach with Happiitude in India and The Berkeley Well-Being Institute in USA.
Transformative training & certification have equipped me with advanced tools and knowledge, to lead both personal and team initiatives dedicated to increasing happiness levels.
I am dedicated to helping my clients to move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
