Take a mindful pause in the middle of your busy week. Sananda Pause is a guided online meditation class designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset. In this 2-hour session, we step away from the fast-paced world to cultivate stillness, presence, and inner balance.
Through a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation techniques, youāll experience deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional well-being. This class is open to all levelsāwhether youāre new to meditation or have an established practice, youāll find a space to recharge and realign.
